5 天前 · TAIPEI (Taiwan News) – Police in New Taipei City’s Xinzhuang District caught a dangerous fugitive Wednesday (May 22) evening four days after he had escaped from a psychiatric hospital in Keelung City. Chien Yu-hung (簡郁紘), 39, was convicted of attempted murder and sentenced to three years in prison preceded by five years at a hospital.
