《幸福房屋》陳庭妮、蔡凡熙凶宅遇鬼！ 巡視空房聽見「詭異沖水聲」
《幸福房屋事件簿》將於6/1上架播出，由陳庭妮、蔡凡熙首度搭檔扮演凶宅房仲，兩位主演為宣傳新戲，特別錄製了影片和觀眾分享令人發毛的凶宅鬼故事。陳庭妮面色凝重地講述一家人帶小孩看房卻撞鬼的恐怖經歷，明明是沒有住的房子，小孩子卻拿到陌生阿姨送的糖果。而蔡凡熙則在暗處製造詭異氣氛分享菜鳥房仲誤入凶宅的靈異事件，可憐菜鳥被派去巡視空房，直到廁所傳來沖水聲才發現自己來到了鬼屋。

台劇《幸福房屋事件簿》結合靈異、職人與愛情等元素，並以輕喜劇的氣氛呈現。戲裡陳庭妮飾演「怕窮不怕鬼」的資深房仲，帶著蔡凡熙飾演的通靈菜鳥助理，開拓凶宅市場商機。導演蔡怡芬表示，全劇以女主角為重心，除了揭開各種凶宅背後的故事之外，也探討職業女性遇到的家庭、工作與愛情的問題，可說是獻給職場女性的一封情書。
