新任教授ごあいさつ | 東京女子医科大学病院. 集中治療は、生命の危機に瀕した重症患者さんを救命するために、 関連の多職種や専門医と協働しながら、最先端の医療機器を駆使して治療を行っています。 集中治療は、呼吸不全、循環不全、意識障害や代謝不全などの重症患者さんを24時間体制で治療し回復させることです。 集中治療科医がシステム管理と診療チームのリーダーとなり、各診療科の医師を含めた多職種チーム（医師、看護師、臨床工学技士、理学療法士、薬剤師、管理栄養士、放射線部、検査部など）と協働し、幅広い年齢層と多彩な急性期病態の治療を行っています。
