中油首爭取"主管加給" 新進雇員起薪擬調至32K
財經中心／葉為襄、郭文海 台北報導繼台糖、台電、台水啟動加薪，中油上週也把調薪案送往經濟部審查，且破例提出主管加給，也就是主管和非主管的薪資差異，希望能留下年輕的好人才，最快下個月由部長郭智輝批准，而新進的技術員、煉油員等目標起薪調到32k以上，但街訪北部年輕人，他們說，起薪至少4萬比較能接受。
