Huang Kuo-shu (born 3 January 1964) is a Taiwanese politician. For the majority of his political career, Huang was affiliated with the Democratic Progressive Party. Huang served as a Taichung City Councilor from 1998 to 2015, when he won a by-election to the Legislative Yuan.
