Jiaozi (Chinese: 餃子; [tɕja ʊ.tsɹ ] ) are a type of Chinese dumpling. Jiaozi typically consist of a ground meat and/or vegetable filling wrapped into a thinly rolled piece of dough, which is then sealed by pressing the edges together.
