2024年1月8日 · Sildenafil under the name Viagra is used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) in men. Another brand of sildenafil is Revatio, which is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension and improve exercise capacity in men and women. Do not take Viagra while also taking Revatio.
2024年5月6日 · Patients who require initial IV therapy: IV: 500 mg IV once a day for at least 2 days. Oral: After IV therapy, 500 mg orally once a day to complete a 7- to 10-day course of therapy. Patients appropriate for oral therapy: 500 mg orally as a single dose on day 1, followed by 250 mg orally once a day on days 2 through 5.
