Outrage is bad... right? | Arcs. Just making sure I understand the rules... So if I destroy an opponent's city, I provoke outrage, which means that I need to discard all of my cards/resources matching that planet, and I can't use those resources in the prelude for the rest of the game.
2024年7月15日 · I don't think Everdell has to be limited to the same designer either - you could bring in other designers (or co-designers) who have greater strengths in other mechanics. I cannot imagine Everdell without James Wilson. This is very early and I think people might be very pleasantly surprised by this game.
2023年2月27日 · As a big fan of Reiner Knizia's board games I try to play as many different ones as I can. It's pretty exciting tracking down old titles and getting them to the table. Knizia has put out over 600 games and is still releasing new ones every other month. He is a genious at designing simple board games with a lot of dept.
2024年7月15日 · Definitely one of the all-time great expansions. Gladiators work and they can score a huge amount of points. First concentrate on making them lose, for that you need only two - one in each line. Do this in year 4 and 5. If managed well and have loads of workers then you can go for the biggest winning reward.

So I don't see a problem of mixing the English expansion with the Italian base game. I would go for the Italian base game and see if you like it. If so, you can buy the expansion later. The expansion doesn't fix anything, it adds Forts ...
2024年7月15日 · So I recently bought someone's collection. And of course, as soon as I open the lid, the back of it was broken. I assume it has happened in transit. Does anyone know of a fix for the hinge or is it possible to just get that section from someone?
