5月27日，民進黨政策會執行長王義川在電視節目上表示，可以用手機訊號的定位去分析出在立法院外頭的群眾年齡，與之前太陽花群眾有沒有重複，引發外界質疑監控人民行動。新黨副發言人游智彬認為那段期間他多次前往立法院外青島東踏周邊，懷疑自己個資也遭到侵害，因此今(6/5)日前往台北地檢署按鈴控告王義川違反《個資法》，他還發起「一人一狀告發王義川 最多賠兩萬」活動，鼓勵當時有在青島東路附近的人一起加入提告的行列。
