疥瘡是由一種「疥蟎」所引起的寄生性皮膚病，這種小小的疥蟎會在人體皮膚表層挖洞、吸血並產卵，造成劇烈的皮膚癢和紅疹。她提醒，只要接觸到患者的皮膚、衣物或床舖就可能被傳染，而且疥瘡有很強的傳染力，若不注意個人清潔衛生，甚至可能讓自己的家人也受到牽連。

基隆國門廣場、海洋廣場上周末舉辦搖滾演唱會，竟然有人帶蟒蛇一起參加！觀眾席傳來尖叫聲，一大隻金黃色緬甸蟒，被高高舉起上下擺動，雖然飼主只待一下就離開現場，但還是造成不少民眾恐慌，動保處提醒，雖然蟒蛇不算攻擊性寵物，飼主沒有違規，但人擠人的場合，牠還是可能受驚嚇逃跑，發生踩踏意外。
