520房市怎麼走，根據591新建案比較近兩次新政府上任當年度的新案價量，發現六都、新竹的進場個案合計約741件，較過往增加近1成，變化幅度不算大。不過房價在2020年時單價僅35萬元，2024年每坪卻飆升至52萬元，4年間共增加17萬元，平均每年漲4萬多元，年成長直逼5成。若按當前市場熱況來判斷，短期內恐怕還看不到房價的極限，購屋族可得做好心理準備。
