維生素B群、C、葉黃素和魚油是超夯的保健品，但該怎麼吃，什麼時候吃最能保健？家醫科醫師林思妤在臉書PO文指出，除了維生素C可空腹食用外，維生素B群、葉黃素和魚油都建議在餐後服用，尤其是葉黃素不可與β胡蘿蔔素補充品一起吃，否則會產生競爭吸收，使得葉黃素吸收率下降。
