周産期母子医療センターは、母体・胎児部門と新生児部門で構成されており、胎児から新生児への一貫した診療を行います。 院内・院外で出生した病的新生児の診療を行う新生児集中治療室には国内で最新の医療システムが配備され、医師、看護師、薬剤師、臨床工学士、理学療法士らが一体となって高度専門医療を行います。 一方で、母子関係や退院後の身体発育・発達に留意したきめ細かな育児支援を推進します。 入院治療のほか、分娩立ち会い、新生児搬送、退院後の育児・発達支援外来、乳児健診なども行います。 入院棟4階東には、病児を総合的にケアできる小児病棟があります。 一般病床31床に加え、重症児を対象とした集中治療室相当の重症室6床があり、ここには、最新のモニタリングシステムや画像診断装置も配備されています。
