     世界衛生組織(WHO)指出「肥胖是一種慢性疾病」，任何人都應該要重視肥胖對健康的危害。肥胖者發生糖尿病、代謝症候群，像是脂肪肝及血脂異常的風險超過3倍，目前脂肪肝雖沒有有效的治療藥物，改善脂肪肝可從日常生活做起，最有效的治療方法是培養良好生活習慣，即均衡飲食及每週至少150分鐘中等強度的規律運動；培養正確飲食觀念，也是消除脂肪肝的重要關鍵。
