游錫 堃 kūn （1948年4月25日 — ）， 中華民國 政治人物， 民主進步黨 籍，是民進黨創黨小組成員之一，生於 宜蘭縣 冬山鄉 。 1980年代初進入政壇後，曾先後擔任過臺灣省議員、 宜蘭縣縣長 、 行政院副院長 、 總統府秘書長 、 行政院院長 、 民主進步黨主席 、 立法委員 、 立法院院長 等黨政要職，成為 臺灣民主化 後首位先後擔任過行政院院長與立法院院長的政治人物 [1] [2] [3] 。 童年時期家境貧寒，且因房屋和田園處於低窪地帶而常遭天災暴殄，需要舉債拮据生活。 1960年代初，游父在颱風災害中離世，游錫堃因此被迫輟學返家務農數年。 復學後，先後在羅東商職、 致理商專 國貿科半工半讀，並入伍服役。 完成學業及兵役後，曾從業於金融行業。
