Reiterate initial advice given. Insist Agoda honours terms you were given and reassured on prior to your re-booking. They cannot and should not have either offered you incorrect advice upon your first call, or contradict that same advice at a later stage. Stick to your guns. You should get that refund.

2019年8月20日 · It's my 2nd time to fly with Juneyao with my family (wife and daughter), we all enjoyed it, of course, some somethings could be done better, but they have just started so will give them that. Below better review: Check-in; was fast and nicely divided into groups (priority tickets, business class and family with small kid can go first.

There are 2 concerns with this: 1. Street taxis may not be available anytime you want. So it's better to have a Didi pick you up wherever you want, at any given time. 2. Street taxis can scam you by quoting a higher fare or taking a longer route to your destination. With Didi, you can see the fare upfront.
