2020年3月4日 · 樂手巢今年特別前往美國 馬里蘭州 肯特島（Kent Island）的PRS總部，訪問PRS創辦人Paul Reed Smith（以下簡稱Paul），談談35年樂器製作與經營樂器事業的心路歷程。 一進PRS公司就會看到老鷹雄踞在PRS吉他上，老鷹也是PRS的代表形象，台灣樂手也用「養鳥」形容擁有PRS的樂手。 和Gibson、Martin這些百年樂器公司比起來，PRS相對年輕且成長快速，Paul認為事業上的成就沒有單一的答案：「就像拿Jimi Hendrix來舉例的話，會讓他成為偉大音樂人的原因難道是創作技巧、吉他技術？ 還是獨奏或節奏彈奏方式或歌詞？ 又或者是因為在很厲害的錄音室跟頂尖錄音師、製作人合作？ 他的成功無法將這些元素分開討論。
