   強積金制度設立的目的是協助打工仔為退休作儲蓄和投資，制度的基本設計是規定計劃成員年滿65歲，才可以選擇一筆過或分期提取強積金，惟在六個特定情況，包括年滿六十歲提早退休、永久離港、完全喪失行為能力、罹患末期疾病、小額結餘帳戶 (註1) 以及死亡，才可以申請提早提取強積金。 誤解：單靠旅遊證件可證明永久離開香港？ 強積金計劃成員如果以「永久離港」這個理由申請提早提取強積金，門檻並不低。 申請人必須先向受託人提交申索表格、相關文件和證據，以及法定聲明，聲明自己在特定日期永久離開香港往其他地方居住及無意返回香港工作或再定居。 而申請人有責任提供令受託人信納其已獲准在香港以外地方居住的文件及資料作為佐證以供核實。 何謂受託人信納的相關文件和證據？
