3 天前 · 羅伯特·史莫斯號飛彈巡洋艦 （英語： USS Robert Smalls，CG-62 ）是一艘 提康德羅加級飛彈巡洋艦 ，目前正在 美國海軍 服役。 該艦原名 錢斯勒斯維爾號飛彈巡洋艦 （USS Chancellorsville，CG-62），名字來自於 南北戰爭 中的 錢斯勒斯維爾戰役 。 2023年2月，該艦改名為羅伯特·史莫斯號，以紀念南北戰爭中駕駛 邦聯 運輸船投向 聯邦 的黑奴 羅伯特·史莫斯 （英語：Robert Smalls） 。 [1] 1989年11月4日，錢斯勒斯維爾號飛彈巡洋艦在 帕斯卡古拉 殷格斯造船廠 正式服役。 1991年3月被部署至 波斯灣 [2] 。 參考文獻[編輯]

2 天前 · 愛因斯坦培植計畫規定申請人年齡必須在32歲以下、具有博士學位。 （圖片取自科技部網站） 哥倫布計畫則規定申請人不能高於35歲。 （圖片取自科技部網站） 計畫補助金額十分優渥，但卻讓學術界普遍看衰，認為兩個計劃都只是「喊爽的」， 其年齡分別限制32歲及35歲以下取得助理教授資格以上的學者，世新大學社會心理學系副教授詹昭能表示， 很多人唸完博士班，早就超過32歲，要拿到教職、博士資格，也是35歲以後的事情 ，「計畫看似替年輕人著想，但其實受惠有限。 」某種程度而言，甚至是年齡歧視。 其實攤開科技部的專案計畫主持人年齡分布，就可以知道，能在30歲以下申請計畫的人幾乎是個位數，而包括30至39歲之間，看似有兩千人申請，但其實也正逐年下滑。
