注意！停車場「未繳費」遭索2.5萬違約金 消保官介入調解
台中市政府法制局提醒消費者，在使用無人停車場時應小心遭追償違約金！近日有民眾因繳費機無法使用而未繳費離場，卻遭業者以每日新台幣5,000元計算，要求給付高達新台幣2萬5,000元的違約金。法制局長李善植表示，隨著科技進步，許多民間停車場已改採錄影監視、AI車牌辨識及自助繳費等無人化經營模式，若消費者未能完成繳費而離場，業者可能會事後向車主追償停車費及違約金，呼籲民眾停車前要看清收費方式，離場前務必記得繳費，以免衍生糾紛！
