Chiang Hsiao-yen ( Chinese: 蔣孝嚴; pinyin: Jiǎng Xiàoyán; Wade–Giles: Chiang3 Hsiao4-yen2; born 1 March 1942 [5]) or John Chiang, formerly surnamed Chang ( 章; Zhāng ), is a Taiwanese politician affiliated with the Kuomintang.
