2 天前 · Short answer, no, Traders do not count as an Auxiliary Action. If you review the player aid, you must play 1 card and take 1 Main Action. Additionally you may optionally take 1 Auxiliary Action (Trade w/ Played Card or Flip Development Tile), play 1 Trader and play 1 Elder. You can do these 3 in any combination or not at all.

There's nothing really automated, neither accepting trades nor making shipping labels, but searching the trade tool does help you find leads to contact about hopeful trades.
