高雄一名王先生在網路花了6千元買下，珍妮鹿角蕨孢子苗，原本期待能長出和號稱600萬身價的珍妮鹿角蕨類似的直株，但養了幾個月後，卻發現孢子苗長的跟珍妮完全不像，懷疑店家拿其他品種混充，不過業者喊冤，強調有性繁殖，可能出現返祖現象，否認造假。

國民黨團「提高罷免門檻」自己人都不挺 逕付二讀1hr內急撤案
立法院藍白兩黨聯手，強行通過國會職權修法，場外罷免聲浪升高，國民黨團緊急回防， 國民黨立委許宇甄提案修《公職人員選舉罷免法》，提高罷免門檻，包括就職未滿一年者，不得為罷免的提議與連署等，原本要在立院院會提案，將該案自委員會抽出逕付二讀，被民進黨團發現，連國民黨團內部也多有反彈，今（31日）一早，院會還沒進入宣讀報告事項之前就已經撤案。
