medical information. 医療情報. 2023年10月4日 by radexttest. 1.HIS (Hospital Information System/病院情報システム) 当院では2003年6月の総合外来センター開設に伴い電子カルテ化を進めました。 その後、2014年1月に日立電子カルテシステムから富士通電子カルテシステムへ移行しました。 2022年1月には本システムの再更新が行われて、 現在、外来と入院で、1か月あたり数十万件の診療情報を記録管理しています (令和3年度統計より)。 電子カルテ運用のおおきな利点は、診療情報を各部門で共有できることから患者状態の確認が容易になるということです。
