To download TV shows or movies you'll need one of these devices with the latest version of the Netflix app installed: Talking with a Netflix rep they said it was removed to enhance the experience.

Double-click it and change the startup type to Automatic and click "Start". Go to the “Recovery” tab and Click the First Failure dropdown, then select Restart the Service. Click Apply then OK.

2024年7月16日 · It appears Netflix has updated its app on the Microsoft Store and it's no longer a Windows application but a PWA (Progressive Web App). I have the old version installed, but when I updated it just now, it became a PWA. Uninstall it and try to install the old version using this link and see if it helps.
Netflix works well on other browser like Google Chrome but I like Edge due to its new features and access. I am attaching the screenshot of the Netflix screen - Please fix this problem as soon as possiible.

2020年4月26日 · Prior to disabling hardware acceleration, Netflix shows show Dolby Vision as an option - i.e. 4K and HDR With hardware acceleration turned off, this is no longer an option. So Edge is the only browser approved for Netflix Dolby Vision, but it can't be used without hardware acceleration, and with hardware acceleration Netflix returns errors.
2022年4月15日 · Netflix 4K video playback requires the hardware acceleration function of edge to be turned on. Settings - System and Performance - Use Hardware Acceleration. Then enter edge://flags in the URL bar and open, Find PlayReady DRM for Windows 10 and select Enable. Restart edge to see if it works.
Click your Picture on the upper right corner then select your Microsoft account > Sign-out. Restart your computer then Open Microsoft Store > Sign-in your Microsoft account. Search for Netflix App then click Install. **Reset the Microsoft Store cache. Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.
2024年5月11日 · I have literally just had the same issue. I unintentionally uninstalled Netflix whilst on holiday (from UK, on holiday in Portugal). I have solved it, and I don't know if this will help you: I re-installed the Netflix app from the Microsoft store. Tried to log on - got the above
