Same dealer--Yes it is true, same guy, same place -- When looking at a used bike, "50,000 miles on a 3 year old bike is nothing, it does not decrease the value at all".

2014年12月9日 · The stock compression ratio is 9.0:1 for the R75/5. For estimations of a nominal compression value, I use the compression ratio plus 1.0 times 14.7. In this case 10*14.7 equals 147. So I would think 125 cold is not too bad. Note that the best reading comes when the carbs are removed from the heads.
2024年8月7日 · Just finished a 300mile ride with the new CHIGEE AIO-5 lite. If you read no further, the bottom line is that it works, it’s a blast, and it can be distracting as hell. OBTW, the front and back full time video is too cool, umm, and indicting! I have Ilium risers, so using the Chigee mount was easy.
2013年5月22日 · New member. May 22, 2013. #8. I looked up the Avon and the Michelin on their respective websites and found the tire for the 1978 R100. Comparing them on motorcyclesuperstore.com the Avons are $229 a set and the Michelins are $209 a set or roughly 10% more for the Avons.

2014年1月13日 · Certainly, it won't work for the 6-digit VINs before the Airheads. Yes, but the the question that started this thread is about an '11 RT so the link was appropriate. An email to BMW Archives many years ago got me the info that my R69S was produced on Dec 17, 1965 and delivered to Butler & Smith on Dec 21, 1965.
2010年12月29日 · The first was for my Dover White R 60 and it had already been painted and striped by Holt BMW. Yep a rookie mistake on my part that I promised never to repeat. That was in 1999, well fast forward to 2007, made the same rookie mistake on the Bristol Grey R 69S sport tank.
