Topics include electronic device design and manufacturing, novel materials and device, semiconductor physics, and modeling.
IEDMS&SNDCT 2024 基於鼓勵學生投稿，設立學生競賽獎項。IEDMS 及 SNDCT 採用分開投稿、分開評審、分開給獎。會議鼓勵投稿，不限定投稿篇數，但需符合學術倫理。TSRI JDP 團隊必須於 SNDCT 投稿至少一篇論文，以利後續 JDP 申請。論文海報格式

2024 IEDMS & SNDCT. Submission and Student Award. The call for papers will be open from April 1, 2024, and submissions will be accepted until May 20, 2024. The anticipated date for notifying the results of the paper review is July 1, 2024. Students whose papers have been accepted must complete conference registration and payment by July 29, 2024.
