1. 報名托福 TOEFL iBT 考試都必須先在 ETS 官方網站創立一個帳號，而如果已經有 ETS 帳號的同學就只要登入以前的帳號就可以報名考試了。 2. 登入 ETS 帳號之後，選擇畫面上左邊 My Tests 灰色區域裡面，藍色的按鈕 Register / Find Test Centers, Dates，點選之後請選擇 Select Special Home Edition，代表你要在家考試。 3.

首先，先鍵入以下網址到托福iBT的報名網站 https://www.ets.org/bin/getprogram.cgi?test=toefl 在Selecting a test station的地方選擇Taiwan
時會跳出一個新視窗，若是之前已申請過帳號者，請點選Sign In登入；若是第一次使用，請選Sign Up來建立一個新個人檔案 *若已有帳號者，可跳過以下建立個人帳號步驟，直接從報名考試開始。(已建立帳號者可從STEP10開始參考)
若只需線上成績單請選擇Online score report ONLY；若也需要紙本成績單，請選擇Online score report AND a paper copy mailed to you;選完後點選Continue繼續
