2020年1月4日 · If that doesn't help then enter Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start button, go to Mice > Touchpad and then Driver tab. Choose Update Driver, then Automatic to see if it gets a better driver that resolves the problem. If not try Update Driver > Browse > Let Me Pick to try all previously installed drivers.

2024年7月12日 · Contact the manufacturer’s support team for assistance. The fingerprint reader does not include its own driver and instead utilizes something native to windows 11. So far all of the ones I have researched use Win 11 drivers and do not have their own drivers.
