I bought a Focus wagon 4 months ago. Within the first 30 days, I started to experiencing the same noises. I took the car in to the Ford dealership and they said they could not find a problem. 3 months later, the noises coming from the brakes and the rear got annoyingly louder.

Ford Focus Bumps, Rattles & Squeaks. I am looking at a 2005 focus wagon with 133000 miles.Car seems to be in good condition but when it is started it is loud inside the car as if there is an exhaust leak. When standing outside the car there does not seem to be an exhaust leak.

i own an '02 focus se wagon w/ 2.0 zetec. My electrical problems kicked in about 3 weeks ago. When i accelerate from a stand still or punch the gas when i'm traveling at a slow speed, i hear 4 or 5 steady clicks from the fuse box under the dash, the lights dim along with the clicks, and on some occasion the battery light comes on and/or the gauges peg, then die, then come on again normally !!

July 2011. Our ff has had transmission problems. Not selecting 1st gear on takeoff from stopped. Computer reads solenoid e faulty. Had solenoid replaced at transmission shop at cost of $650. (quoted $350 for solenoid e cost alone which from forums I have just read is a total rip off!

Hi all.
