November 2005 edited October 2014. I'm planning on getting either a 2006 Subaru STI or a 2006 Infiniti G35 coupe. I know those two are kind of in different class where the STI more a teenage performance car, and the G35 is luxury sport car. I like performance car but it's not like I'm going to race it everyday or anything.

Short answer... yes. You can get away with a great set of snow tires if your winters are moderate at best, but if you see any real storms, the G35 Coupe shouldn't be anywhere but the garage, snows or not. I had the coupe w/ all-season tires for 2 years in Philly and I never had a problem w/ the snow.

March 2008. My 2004 G35 coupe started having the sticking driver's door lock problem yesterday. It won't lock or unlock with the key fob or from inside the car with the lock / unlock button. Moves a little bit but not all the way. Did you find a solution other than replacing the actuator. mrkelton Member Posts: 8.

The G35 is a significantly larger vehicle, and has much more power. The IS250 is really cramped in space (the rear seats are suited to children) and is better matched against the BMW 325i and the Audi A4 2.0T. In terms of performance, the 330i, IS350, and the A4 3.2 compete better with the G35.

The same solution they have used on Porsches worked perfectly on the G37S. The G37 Sport Seat has a rigid metal brace in each thigh bolster. It is a plate, about 1 in x 6 in, with a short supporting rod on each end. It is welded to the seat frame, and holds the thigh bolsters very rigidly at a nearly upright angle.
