However, the engine has a split personality theme to it. If you are under 7k rpm, its a calm bike with a smooth ride and nice sound.

2023年9月29日 · If you rev the bike to 5k the battery should not read over 15V or the bikes regulator is not working properly. Charge the battery up and see if it holds a good voltage level, warm the bike up and see if it's charges when you rev it. Go for a 30 minute ride and check that it's kept a voltage over 12.5 when you get back."
Honda Hornet 900 (08reg) - Engine rattling/camchain dislocated (video) Honda CB900F. 08reg. 38K Miles. Rattling from engine, audible when revved to approx 5000rpm. Removing the crank case cover revealed the CCT extended far out pushing the chain and guide rail tight against the crankshaft (as seen @ 00:15 in the video).
2023年4月9日 · If you are careful with the throttle per my experience is. Its my currently first bike and bellow 6k rpm is pretty docile and easy-going. If you short-shift and keep your eye on the revs you should be good. Just find an ABS version if you can! 14.

To remove it, just remove the bolt and all the fuel lines, then lift the back of the tank an wiggle it gently while pulling backwards a little until you can just lift it up. 2022年11月22日 · Cheaper than an MT07 while making a decent amount more power (while only weighing 7kg more) and having a lot more tech. Almost doesn't seem right. Basically what the old Hornets were: a neat and (hopefully) fun engine, in a basic frame with basic suspension. I think a lot of people are over-expecting on this one.
