2024年4月1日 · IEDMS & SNDCT 2024 由台灣電子材料與元件協會 (EDMA) 及財團法人國家實驗研究院台灣半導體研究中心 (TSRI) 舉辦，會議主題分為以下五大領域，歡迎相關領域專家進行投稿：
Submission. IEDMS & SNDCT 2024 establish student awards to encourage student submissions. IEDMS and SNDCT adopt separate submission, separate review, and separate awarding processes. The conference encourages submissions without limiting the number of submissions, but participants must adhere to academic ethics.
IEDMS&SNDCT 2024 基於鼓勵學生投稿，設立學生競賽獎項。 IEDMS 及 SNDCT 採用分開投稿、分開評審、分開給獎。 會議鼓勵投稿，不限定投稿篇數，但需符合學術倫理。
IEDMS 2023 is the 28th International Electron Devices and Materials Symposium sponsored by Electronics Devices and Materials Association and National Sun Yat-sen University.
Paper Submission. See the Call for Papers PDF for detailed information about the symposium, manuscript submission requirements, and contact information. Abstracts are due no later than 14 August 2023.
SUBMISSION OF PAPERS. Prospective authors are requested to submit a two-page paper (one-page text and one-page figures) in English using Adobe PDF format. The detailed format of the paper can be referred to the on-line template. All the papers should be submitted to on-line review system.
