2012年9月22日 · Error Code 1439 (This iPod cannot be restored) My 160gb iPod Classic gave up the ghost a couple of days ago, sync'd to iTunes and came up with a message saying it was corrupted and needed to be restored. Went through the process and, when it rebooted, was stuck on the Apple logo.

2021年4月2日 · I recently got an iPod nano (2nd gen) and I needed to restore it. Every time I restore, I hear an ejecting noise from my computer. Then I hear the plugin sound and it says (error 1439- unknown error) when restoring through iTunes, please help!

2012年5月12日 · Rene, for the error 1439, try this:"leave iPod plugged into computer. Press the centre button and menu at the same time until iTunes recognizes there is an iPod plugged in. It should also recognize that the iPod is corrupted and commence downloading recovery software."
