Mar-30-2013 08:12 AM. A charge for $12.73 has appeared on my bank statement citing "PayPal *Igottrade402-935-7733/VISA Purchase (non-pin) as the payee. There is no corresponding notation in my PayPal on-line records. This is my linked account. I did a little research on line and found three totally different stories behind this.
Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country. The only exception is you can add a U.S bank account to other countries paypal accounts. Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated. View solution in original post.
Fraudulent Payment to AJCLOUD HONGKONG CO, LIMITED. Jul-08-2020 04:37 AM. A payment was posted from my individual PayPal account to <removed>, LIMITED on July 6. I got the automated email titled "You sent an automatic payment to <removed>. The details, per the email: "CSP-Basic Storage 7 days and subscribe with 1 yearly".

Update your agreement in the Set Automatic Payments section.

I'd first try reaching out to the merchant if their contact info is in the transaction's details to see if that sparks your memory on a recent purchase.
