2019年1月29日 · with the first solution, all the files are already *.pptx. "optimize media compatibility" is not offered on any of the presentations. I guess I didn't try the third option, but all the files were *.mp4s when I embedded them. Deleting all the *.tmp files didn't do anything either. The videos don't work in any of the presentations.
2020年1月5日 · Go to Advanced. Scroll down and go to Display option. Put a check Disable Hardware graphics acceleration. If this does not work, kindly put a check as well on the the other option "Disable Slide Show hardware graphics acceleration". I disabled both but unfortunately, that didn't work either.
