倫敦大學學院 （英語： University College London； 縮寫： UCL）是一所坐落於 英國 倫敦 的 公立 研究型大學，為 英格蘭 第三古老的高等教育機構。 [2][8] 學院最初於1826年由 湯瑪斯·坎貝爾 及 亨利·布魯厄姆 以「倫敦大學」（London University）之名創立，是倫敦市第一所高等學府，且為全英首間不拘學生性別及宗教背景的 世俗 高校。 [2][9] 雖沒有直接介入學校的建設，但 哲學家 傑里米·邊沁 對教育的理念啟發了創辦者，故獲譽為「倫大教父」。 [10] 1836年，以 書院聯邦制 正式成立 倫敦大學，學校改名為「倫敦大學學院」，與 倫敦國王學院 成為了此大學的兩位始創成員學院。
