國際奧林匹克委員會 （法語： Comité International Olympique，縮寫： CIO；英語： International Olympic Committee，縮寫： IOC），簡稱 國際奧會 （中國大陸、香港、澳門簡稱 國際奧委會），是 非政府 、 非營利 國際體育組織，負責組織舉辦 夏季奧林匹克運動會 、 冬季奧林匹克運動會 、 青年奧林匹克運動會 、 奧林匹克電子競技運動會 （英語：Olympic Esports Games），總部位於 瑞士 洛桑。 該組織由 法國 人 皮埃爾·德·顧拜旦 於1894年6月23日建立，首任主席是 澤麥特里烏斯·維凱拉斯。 目前有100個委員和32個榮譽委員。
