  1. 2013年1月26日 · Should i have any major concerns about buying a new 2011 9-5 Saab (decent price) - no warranty - availability of parts going forward. We have had good luck with a 13 year old Saab that is still running and liked all features of the 2011 - even though it is a dying breed right now.

  2. 2011年11月7日 · jmgreg November 7, 2011, 7:35pm 1. I have a 2002 Saab 9-5 sedan with a manual 5-speed transmission. It runs like a champ until recently. I’ve been having a lot of difficulty shifting into reverse. I’ve taken off the gaitor and looked down into the shifter to make sure everything is ok - looking for broken plastic, etc. Nothing out of the ...

  3. 2008年5月19日 · My 2006 Saab 9-5 has a no charge scheduled maintenance program. GM will pay for oil changes every 10,000 miles or one year, whichever comes first. The dealer is required to use Mobil 1 synthetic oil, which means $60 for an oil change. Most of my driving is short trip in stop and go traffic. I’ve always changed my oil at 5,000 miles, especially since the 9-5s had engine sludge problems a few ...

I had informed saab mechanic that the car felt sluggish upon receipt, to which he replied I could pay extra for a “performance” tune up.

  5. 2011年12月31日 · I have a 2006 Saab 9-3. Whenever I come to a stop and press the accelerator it is slow to accelerate. The check engine light is on, too. The rpm’s do not rev up and the car slowly creeps by then eventually will start to get going. I took it in to the mechanic and they told me I need a new throttle body which they just put in. The car worked when I drove it home. Then after a couple of days ...

  6. 2012年12月5日 · Hello everyone, I apologize for the length but I figure it is better to explain the issue. 2005 Saab 9-5 ARC 2.3T. 67,000 Miles. Noticed a problem 2 weeks ago with my little Swedish meatball while at a red light on the way home. While idling, the car just shut off. I’m assuming it was a stall, but the car did not sputter and it was idling at ...

  7. 2021年8月21日 · Hi Everyone. I just found out I had a massive oil leak on my 2007 Saab 9-3 2.0T and was finally able to get under and trace it to what I believe is the Oil Feed Pipe from the Block to the Turbo. It’s pretty much shooting right out the top side of the sleeve towards the turbo and hitting the side of the engine bay. I’m looking to get some insight into how hard it would be to replace it ...

  8. 2011年2月8日 · Trade in conundrum. Maintenance/Repairs. saab, 9-3. Sbd2010 February 8, 2011, 1:30pm 1. I’ll be buying a new car soon and am trying to decide which of my current vehicles I should use as a trade in. I currently drive a 2002 Tahoe and a 2002 Saab 9-3. The trade in value on either one will be small so I am more concerned with which one will ...

  9. 2010年4月21日 · I have heard that the fuel pump can be accessed under the rear passenger seat in a 2005 SAAB 9-3 Arc. Can anyone confirm this? I have been looking everywhere for it, but cannot confirm. I have to change the fuel pump and or fuel gauge sensor which is a common problem for these. PS- I don’t want to cut out the carpet or sheetmetal under the seat or in the trunk.

  10. 2011年1月31日 · When you’re driving in reverse on slick stuff, this extra upward push on the front tires helps them with traction. When carrying a couch down a flight of stairs, you’re applying a force more or less in line with the CG of the couch. No distance b/t force and CG => no torque.
