2024年1月29日 · Apple US does not provide physical SIM card option anymore. While older models of Apple iPhone like 12 Pro Max had physical SIM card tray and also eSIM. However, HK Apple Store website does not mention eSIM, only physical SIM cards, and dual. Talked to Apple Support in US, they don't know. iPhone 15.

2023年11月9日 · I apologies but the information u provided isn't legit, apple always give international warranty for all types of devices and accessories, eitherway its HK\CN or US\Middles east version I always buy new iphone with physical dual sim, unfortunately I once got an issue with my device, visited Apple store in Abu Dhabi and it was sorted.
2023年6月29日 · There is no eSIM in a phone sold in Hong Kong. Phones sold in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Macau take 2 physical nano-SIM cards. If the model is for the Hong Kong market, it will not have eSIM capability. It will be equipped with dual Nano SIM capability.
2010年9月14日 · IPhone 4 is not avaliable in shops yet in HK. It is only avaliable on contract from the service providers and it is still a 2 to 3 weeks waiting list. I got mine on launch day here. The only place to get it sim free is online on the apple store in HK.

When purchasing from Apple you would need a local shipping address. For example if you purchased in Hong Kong, you would need a Hong Kong shipping address.
