Benson James Boone (born June 25, 2002) is a Grammy nominated American singer and songwriter. Born and raised in Monroe, Washington, his career began when he filled in for his friend at a talent show where he found out he could sing. He later went on the hit show American Idol, where he competed briefly before withdrawing.
