4 years ago. So pleased citalopram has helped you. I am still recovering 30mg for nearly 5 months now good days and bad just hoping in time they will all be good! But I was really bad and have health anxiety too which did not help with the side effects. Can't help re phenergan but a pharmacy would probably help you but honey is excellent.

I've lost 28 lbs throughout this ordeal, hard to eat. The frequent urination doesn't help. Been on cit for 2 weeks now, hoping it subsides soon.
When restarting, I have felt more depressed for a little while, also. Spaced out, crying spikes, forgetfulness. But it passes, and it's important to remember it's part of the drug effects, before they start to lift you/even things out. You have to be prepared to give it time to work. Wishing you all the best.

2016年1月15日 · Not really. This is my story: I have been taking citalopram for the past 6 years starting with 20 then 40 then 20 and 10 again for the last year. I stopped taking it abruptly (after 6 yrs). For the first month felt nothing except dizziness, but after a month started feeling anxious , having panick attacks and eventually depression.
I've got fluey symptoms, sore throat headache, and have been feeling really tearful and a bit more agitated. Now this could just still be the cit becoming established. But have decided to stop with the rhodiola as it's still cit early days, and perhaps the herbal supplement is somehow heightening cit side effects, especially if they both work ...
