2022年11月2日 · They have a Citrix solution today that solves the problem, but after 14th of Jan it's not going to work for either organisation unless IE mode works without IE installed. This is a company specific application built on IE and not a Microsoft application, so I think it'll be difficult for you to come up with a workaround.

Under the “Internet Explorer compatibility” section, turn on the .'Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode'. then below that setting, click the add button, and enter the web address of that web page you download work files from.
