However, TETR.IO is more competitive and values players more, showing their true skills with the leaderboards (just like jstris, I know, but more visible), badges, and the rank system.
2022年7月3日 · I can play way faster without misdropping in Jstris than Tetr.io. Misdrops and mis-das happen way more in Tetr.io than Jstris. (I struggle to get sub 40 40L in Tetr.io, but in Jstris I can do it without restarting a lot.) Tetr.io is laggier overall because of the aesthetically pleasing graphics. 0.
From playing on jstris for a long time, I have been acclimated to the speed of movements in that game, which has made me misdrop over and over in Tetr.io, since pieces move much differently. I've tried tweaking with the DAS and ARR but I can't get it to the right level for me to feel comfortable and have been misdropping a lot.
2021年3月23日 · Tetr.io measures handling in frames, but it shows the millisecond values (which is what jstris uses), so 133ms = 8F for DAS and 10ms = 0.6F for ARR. Just set DCD to 0 since you’re used to jstris. It just cancels ongoing DAS movement for a set amount of frames once you drop a piece. SDF is soft drop speed, so whatever you prefer (I do infinite)
2022年2月2日 · In my experience, doing sprints repeatedly will only help improve time by so much. Try practicing downstacking. I think JsTris has a survival type mode. It will force you to stack faster and in new ways you aren't used to. Try practicing different stacking patterns. Specifically I started practicing 6-3 stacking and it changed the way I stack ...
2020年5月4日 · 4w cope. Tetr.io has frame-based tunings which may be inconsistent and weird for new players, so I usually stick to Jstris. Jstris is more matured and smoothed-out with more features, but even though it's in alpha I still think tetr.io is better because of graphics and the control defaults.
2020年4月24日 · You have to multiply it roughly by 16 to get milisecond values. Also note that Jstris measures DAS in a weird way if ARR is not set to 0 - it basically adds ARR to DAS. For example DAS = 1 ms + ARR = 0 ms would be unhandable in Jstris whereas DAS = 1 ms + ARR = 100 ms is very handable. My recommendation would be to use DAS = 45 ms + ARR = 45 ms ...
