However prices in Toronto are very similar across the board and its common to find condos that rent fully furnished. You’ll find most condo buildings downtown have a typical “going rate” of 1 or 2 bedrooms the same sized units in the building being the same price within 50-$100 depending on the floor / your view.
2024年3月27日 · Most people use Marketplace. I've been selling online for more than 20 years never heard of Locanto. Kijiji, Poshmark for clothes, some use Karrot, or RedFlagDeals for high end electronics. Marketplace is the most reliable of all. Facebook marketplace is the most popular!
Most people I know are on kijiji primarily and use Facebook marketplace as a secondary market. Imo depends on what you’re buying/selling. Smaller household stuff, clothes, furniture, food, all seem to do much better on FB. But for vehicles, tools, equipment, I find Kijiji much better.

2015年7月14日 · In vancouver craigslist is the bigger user base. In toronto, kijiji is trying to promote their auto sales vertical but aren't much much bigger than craigslist. However for musical instruments, kijiji is far more popular than craigslist. It all depends on which category you're looking in. 4.

2022年4月14日 · Kijiji is being replaced by Facebook Marketplace. I moved to the Yukon in 2019 and as I usually do I mostly used Kijiji to buy/sell during the move. I recently moved again within the Yukon and needed to buy/sell quite a bit more than last time and was shocked to see that there are barely any posts on Kijiji anymore, even outside the Yukon.

Most sellers on Kijiji aren't equipped to handle many other forms of payment, and Paypal is way too buyer friendly, so sellers don't accept anything but e-transfer. They may just expect that you're the same, and if you prefer an alternative form of payment then you can certainly propose that.
