All engine flush does is lift the shite and move it round the engine, best to get rid of the shite first. I use motorway classic 20/50. Change it every 1000 miles, better cheap oil changed often than expensive oil changed rarely.

2024年7月7日 · Buying 2007/2008 Freelander 2. Hello all, I'm looking to buy a Freelander 2 and have found a 2007 SE with 177k miles and a 2008 XS with 150k miles. I've looked into the MOT history of both and they both seem to have good history. The 2007 failed it's most recent MOT before passing for a broken front coil spring.
