2024年7月17日 · 1.斯他汀(Statins)類藥品：常用藥品成分有Atorvastatin、Rosuva-statin、Lovastatin、Pravastatin、Simvastatin、Fluvastatin及Pitavastatin等，透過抑制肝細胞合成膽固醇，進而降低膽固醇含量。這是效果最強的降血脂藥品，也是最常開立的處方藥。
Lovastatin為前驅藥物，其所具有的活性很低，但當其水解為beta-氫氧酸型態的lovastatin acid後，就會出現活性。Lovastatin降低LDL的作用機制可能同時包含降低VLDL-C的濃度及誘發LDL受體，而導致LDL-C的生成減少及/或增加LDL-C的代謝。 適應症
