  1. 2021年5月8日 · I was researching today and found that Vitamix (we also happen to be looking for a new blender) have food processor attachments to their new smart lines. The price point is 1100$ for a new robot coupe vs 700$ for Vitamix Ascent 2500 with food processor attachment. We use the food processor once a week to grind 5 lbs of cheese and use it every ...

  2. I’ve been a diehard user of the original style Cuisinart (DLC-7) for many years. If you need a food processor for use in a commercial environment with many potential users, just get the Robot-Coupe. Anything else is going to get broken.

  3. 2022年6月6日 · The base for these is great, the bowl is trash. Specifically the safety latch that engages when you close the lid. It’s a high end home appliance, robot coupes are significantly better imo. I own both. Lol okay. if cuisinart made a good product in the form of that food processor, itd be a first for them.

  4. 2022年3月28日 · Robot coupes are legendary. Not only can they survive operation, they can survive every new cook who mishandles them. They are worth the money. We went through 4 “higher quality” consumer grade food processors in the first 6 months after opening. We couldn’t afford the Robo Coupe.

  5. Coupe is French: to cut. Robot coupes heavy duitiness can't be replaced. Ive only seen one home use food processor that uses an induction motor like the robot coup. (made by breville) not sureif it has the same variety of accessories as a robo has though. Obviously, you're not going to find much out there that is better than a Robot Coupe.

  6. 2024年2月15日 · The amount of labour saved will pay for it unless your prep is very limited. The way you describe your equipment makes me think you're in a home kitchen, in which case, no, it's not the next step. Just get a Cuisinart. If you're actually a professional, in a commercial kitchen, there is really no other step. It's Robot Coupe from the jump.

  7. 2020年5月2日 · Led me towards the commercial Robot Coupe and their homeline Magimix. Magimix's line goes from 500-800 AUD (320-520 USD). I found a commercially used Robot Coupe 3 Blixer for 500 (320USD) and retails at 2.2k (1.4k USD). And a R201 ultra for 500 (320USD) which retails at 1.1k (700USD). Could negotiate a bit too on either.

  8. Robot cook is made for professionals. Thermomix is made for householders. Depends really on how much are you going to use it and what for. Thermomix has wifi and you can put recipes directly in there. You can make sauces, mayonnaise, Bearnaise, mousses, whip cream, meringue, lemon curd, whatever you can think of.

  9. 2023年8月18日 · Robot Coupe model lineage/compatibility. It's been a long time since I worked in a professional kitchen. We had a Robot Coupe, but I don't remember which model. I was recently gifted a Robot Coupe R100. I'm trying to find bowls and blades for it, but I don't know what other models' parts will work on it. I am failing in Googling this.

  10. 2022年2月19日 · Learned about Robot Coupe food processors from here but with so many models I gave no clue which one to get. We are family of three and making a lot of cooking at home. We also have a Vitamix blender, so I want to avoid any potential overlap in functionality
