2022年12月17日 · I didn't even know this was an option. Both addons allow you to change the sounds each mechanic makes in the settings menus. I prefer BigWigs because it has way more options when it comes to customization of specific abilities while it is very basic with DBM. That’s hilarious.
Combined with the "VEM" Voice alert pack for DBM makes it much more valuable and saves on the annoying giant text clutter and allowsyou to use certain sounds for custom stuff. Like the airhorn. I still use the airhorn, but usually only for extremely important things that need to be reacted to instantly.

They're both good, and I feel like DBM is a great "out of the box" experience whereas BigWigs (and LittleWigs for dungeons) is excellent if customized to one's liking. BigWigs is great at giving me information and being easy to customize in terms of how that information is relayed to me ...

For the next remix, instead of an abundance of boring stats like leech & avoidance, blizz should add some normally unbalanceable stats like +Crit damage, +cooldown reduction, +resource generation, +cleave, or just random new stuff like +multistrike, +bleed%, +%stagger etc.
2023年2月4日 · Personally I prefer littlewigs and a weakaura package plus a few bonus weakauras for things I find are pain points. But seriously dbm the only thing I ever changed on dbm when I used it was the audio cues. I don’t like bings and bongs so I swapped them to speech like interrupt or dodge or stack. That is way more helpful than a airhorn.
