  2. 2017年8月15日 · The antigen recognized by mAb 3A11 has been proposed as a new CD6 ligand distinct from CD166, yet the identity of it is hitherto unknown. We have identified this CD6 ligand as CD318, a cell surface protein previously found to be present on various epithelial cells and many tumor cells.

  5. The antigen recognized by mAb 3A11 has been proposed as a new CD6 ligand distinct from CD166, yet the identity of this ligand is hitherto unknown. Methods: To determine the identity of the antigen recognized by mAb 3A11, we investigated HBL-100 cell surface proteins pulled down by this mAb by mass spectrum (MS) analysis.

  6. 2017年7月31日 · The anti-CD318 mAb and mAb 3A11 have an identical staining pattern on cells previously known to express or lack CD318 expression on the cell surface. Reported CD318-positive cells (HBL-100,...

  7. We describe a novel CD6 ligand (CD6L) 3A11 Ag that is distinct from the known CD6L (CD166). The 3A11 protein is expressed on cells derived from human thymus, skin, synovium, and cartilage, and its expression is enhanced by IFN-γ. mAbs directed against the 3A11 Ag and CD166 exhibit distinct patterns of binding to a panel of cell lines.
